Disney+ will talk about “surprises” from Marvel at Comic-Con 2022.

In just a few days, Marvel Studios will be back on the Hall H stage for its highly anticipated presentation at San Diego Comic-Con 2022. This will be the first time the company has been at the event in three years. With a lot of movies in theatres and Disney+ shows in the works for the MCU, Marvel fans who are there or watching around the world could be in for more than a few surprises.

At Comic-Con, Marvel will show off the Disney+ side of the MCU in a number of fun ways. For example, there will be photo ops on three different Marvel sets that pay tribute to She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Moon Knight, and Ms. Marvel. But a rumored update from the studio behind the MCU may mean that this weekend’s news from San Diego may not be as exciting as we thought.

That report hinted that most of Marvel’s attention will be on She-Hulk next month and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in November, and that the team will really bring out the big guns at the D23 fan convention in September. But on top of that rumor, recent activity on social media may indicate that MCU fans could get more from Comic-Con, which is a big event.

Marvel is celebrated on Twitter by Disney+ at Comic-Con

The official Disney+ Twitter account sent out a message before the weekend of San Diego Comic-Con 2022, where Marvel Studios will be.

By tagging the Marvel Entertainment page, Disney+ hinted that it is ready to “marvel” at everything that comes from the studio during its panels:

“We can’t wait to be amazed by all the surprises at SDCC!”

Marvel’s Comic-Con Weekend: Disney+ Surprises?
On the surface, this tweet could just be Marvel Studios’ streaming service wishing the team luck before what should be an exciting weekend for MCU news. But there’s always a chance it’s more than that since the Disney+ Twitter page could be getting ready to announce some exciting news about Marvel Studios’ streaming shows.

She-Hulk is the next big thing for the MCU, but I Am Groot comes out next month, and there will also be two different holiday and Halloween specials this year. On top of that, some big new parts are going to be added to the Marvel Studios story by the end of 2023.

The second season of Tom Hiddleston’s Loki and the long-awaited premiere of Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha: House of Harkness are among the streaming shows that are set to come out on Disney+ next year. This tweet could be a hint that Marvel is going to say something about these Disney+ shows, maybe even their release dates, but we won’t know for sure until the weekend starts.

From Thursday, July 21, to Sunday, July 24, 2022, San Diego Comic-Con will be held.
