Former American Pickers co-star Frank Fritz is in the hospital after having a stroke.

Mike Wolfe, who used to work with Frank Fritz on the team that made American Pickers a hit reality show, says that Fritz is in the hospital after having a stroke.

Wolfe wrote on Instagram on Thursday, “Now is the time to pray for my friend. Frank is in the hospital because he had a stroke. Please think of him and keep him in your hearts.”

He also said, “I hope more than anything that you will be okay after this. I love you, buddy.”

The feelings show that things have changed between the two people. It seems that they were fighting earlier this year. Fritz slammed Wolfe’s comments about Fritz leaving the reality show and said he was “fed up with lies from the past.” Fritz did not show up in the most recent season of the show.

When Wolfe first heard that Fritz would no longer be on the show, he posted about Fritz on Instagram. He told him that he would “miss” him and that he would pray for the best for him on the next part of his journey.

“Frank has been like a brother to me for as long as I can remember. The journey that Frank, Dani (Danielle), and I started in 2009 has had its ups and downs, blessings and challenges, but it has also been the most rewarding. I, like all of you, will miss Frank, and I will pray for the best for him on the next part of his journey.

Fritz had been a cohost since the show started in January 2010. Fritz’s last episode of the antiquing road show aired in March 2020, but he didn’t come back when the show resumed production after the pandemic.
