‘Halloween Ends’ – A New Sinister Image of Michael Myers Teases the Final Battle

Just yesterday, we learned that Halloween Ends will be released in theatres AND on Peacock on October 14, the final film in the trilogy, promising the final battle between Laurie and Michael.

This afternoon, Fandango exclusively revealed a brand new shot of Michael Myers from Halloween Ends, giving us a good look at the iconic mask in its battle-damaged state.

Check it out below and stay tuned for more.

“After 45 years, the most acclaimed, revered horror franchise in film history reaches its epic, terrifying conclusion as Laurie Strode confronts the embodiment of evil, Michael Myers, for the final time in a final confrontation unlike any captured on film before.”

“Only one of them will make it.”

The following is the official plot synopsis for Halloween Ends: “Four years after the events of last year’s Halloween Kills, Laurie lives with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) and is nearing the end of her memoir.” Since then, Michael Myers has not been seen. Laurie has decided to let go of her fear and rage and embrace life after allowing the spectre of Michael to determine and drive her reality for decades. But when a young man, Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell), is accused of murdering a boy he was babysitting, it sparks a chain reaction of violence and terror that forces Laurie to confront the evil she can’t control once and for all.”

The original Michael Myers, Nick Castle, recently stated that Halloween Ends will be a “surprising” conclusion to David Gordon Green’s trilogy, while makeup effects artist Chris Nelson teased that the third instalment is “weird” and “different.” In a recent interview, John Carpenter called the new film a “departure.”

Will Patton returns as Officer Frank Hawkins, Kyle Richards as Lindsey Wallace, and James Jude Courtney as The Shape/Michael Myers in Halloween Ends.
