Halloween Ends

In the trailer for “Halloween Ends,” Jamie Lee Curtis fights Michael Myers again.

(CNN) Here is the first sneak peek at “Halloween Ends.”

The movie is the third and final part of a trilogy of sequels to “Halloween.” Jamie Lee Curtis plays Laurie Strode, the same character she played in the original Halloween movie from 1978. This time, she goes up against the bad guy Michael Myers and tells him, “Come on, let’s go” before they fight.

Curtis posted pictures of her last day on set in February and said it was “bittersweet.”
The new movie comes after “Halloween” (2018) and “Halloween Kills” (2021), but it is said to be different in a lot of ways.

The official plot summary for the movie says: “After the events of last year’s Halloween Kills, which took place four years ago, Laurie now lives with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) and is finishing her memoir. Michael Myers hasn’t been seen since. After letting Michael’s ghost control and shape her life for decades, Laurie has decided to let go of her fear and anger and start living. But when Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell), a young man who was babysitting a boy, is accused of killing the boy, it sets off a chain of violence and fear that forces Laurie to face the evil she can’t control once and for all.”
“Halloween Ends” is a movie that comes out Oct. 14.
