Jennifer Lopez confirmed in an email newsletter that she married actor Ben Affleck last night in Las Vegas. The email was a touching tribute to her new husband.

The two started dating in 2002 and got back together almost 20 years later in 2021. According to Lopez’s statement, they got married “at very, very long last” in a pink Cadillac convertible at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.
Before getting the lead role in “Selena,” the actress danced on the TV show “In Living Color.” For the ceremony, she wore a simple white dress. The “Gone Girl” actor changed into a white tux from his closet while in the men’s room of the chapel. Together, they walked down the aisle while music played from a Bluetooth speaker. Lopez said that this was the wedding that the two of them had dreamed of for a long time.
“When love is real, the only thing that matters in marriage is each other and the promise we make to love, care, understand, be patient, loving, and good to each other,” Lopez wrote. “We did have it. Plus a lot more. Our best night ever.”
