It was a $10 million deal: Rihanna bought the house next door to hers.

Rihanna bought the Beverly Hills mansion for $13.75 million at the end of last year and the Tudor-style house next door for $10 million in March. According to Forbes, she is the world’s richest female artist with a net worth of $600 million.

There are five bedrooms and a half basketball court in the Beverly Hills Tudor-style house.

It’s official: Rihanna’s empire is growing once again.

At the end of March, the pop artist and entrepreneur shelled out $10 million for a 5,000-square-foot house in Beverly Hills, California, property records show. She bought the 8,000-square-foot property for $13.75 million at the end of last year and it’s just next door to a Tudor-style home she just remodelled.

Her cosmetics and fashion enterprises have made her the world’s richest female artist, according to Forbes, with a net worth of $600 million.

Purchased via trusts, both Beverly Hills Post Office properties are in the exclusive neighbourhood. Deeds for the two sales show Evan Jehle as a trustee, according to public documents on PropertyShark, a partner at the New York business management firm FFO and member of Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation’s global advisory board. A representative for Mr Jehle did not respond to a request for comment right away.

On Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing,” Daniel Starr bought the first property the celebrity purchased—a white mansion with black seams on the roof that gives the place a contemporary farmhouse feel—for $4.3 million in 2016. It presently includes an open, indoor-outdoor floor layout with white oak flooring, many fireplaces, and thick bushes to keep off unwanted visitors.

In photographs of the property, the newly refurbished mansion can be seen from the grounds of Rihanna’s more recent acquisitions.

A listing from 2015 shows her new Tudor-style house to have five bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as exposed ceiling beams and wood features throughout, a sauna, an outdoor half-basketball court, and a swimming pool. Requests for comment from the vendors were not returned.

In 2015, it sold for a little more than $5 million, based on public records. Dirt was the first to break the storey of the agreement.

As previously reported by Home Global, Rihanna recently moved back to the United States from London, where she had been renting a beautiful Victorian mansion in the city’s affluent St. John’s Wood area.
