Jacqueline Laurita and Teresa Giudice’s recent reconciliation extended to their husbands, too.
“Real Housewives of New Jersey” fans lost their minds on Saturday when the ex-best friends and their significant others got together for lunch at Cipriani Las Vegas.
But the feud-squashing meal went so well that there is now a full bromance brewing between Chris Laurita and Luis “Louie” Ruelas, whom Jacqueline praised as a “kind, open, positive, caring person.”
“It was such a pleasure meeting you,” the “RHONJ” alum, 52, gushed in an Instagram comment beneath Ruelas’ post from the double date. “I love how open you are to always learning, growing and evolving. I respect that!”
Jacqueline went on to say that it’s “obvious” how much Ruelas and Giudice, who tied the knot in August 2022“love and adore each other.”
She also noted that she and her 53-year-old husband “connected and bonded” with Ruelas over their “beautiful” Nicholases, who both have autism.
Jacqueline is mom to daughter Ashlee, 32, and son Nicholas, 13, while Ruelas is dad to sons Nicholas, 21, and Louie Jr., 19.
“Chris and I are looking forward to creating many new happy memories with you and Teresa in the future!” Jacqueline concluded her sweet note. “4 Taurus[es] unite! 🤗❤️.”
Ruelas, 47, was just as complimentary of the Lauritas, captioning two photos he took with Chris, “This weekend I got a chance to meet this amazing guy @chrislaurita #letgoletlove #webothhaveanicholas #love.”
Both Jacqueline and Giduice, 50, shared pictures from the “5-hour” outing as well, agreeing there was “lots to talk about,” “lots of laughs” and that being “reunited” felt “so good.”
After social media users began speculating that the unprecedented get-together might be indicative of Jaqueline’s return to the show, she clarified that she “[doesn’t] want back on” because she lives in Vegas and is “moving to Orange County in [California]” in the summer.
The former Bravolebrity also went ahead and shot down another theoryexplaining that the pair’s rekindled friendship “has nothing to do with” their “mutual disdain” for Giudice’s sister-in-law and co-star, Melissa Gorga.
“Teresa and I had a great friendship BEFORE the show and now that all the stress, toxicity, outside influences, and pressures from being on a show together are gone, and life is good for both of us, it is easier to forgive and maintain a friendship. It’s that simple,” Jacqueline insisted.
“#NewBeginnings for REAL this time! Lucy and Ethel are BACK and living our BEST lives. Life is good! 👯♀️.”
