Madonna has a message for anyone who is confused about her recent Grammys performance.
“See how cute I am now that the swelling after the procedure has subsided. Haha, “On Monday, the music legend tweeted.
The musician, 64, responded to her message with a sobbing laughing emoji.
She also shared a photo of herself sitting cross-legged in a jacket, tattered jeans, dreadlocks, and a hat that read “Spiritually Hungry” with her statement.

In introducing a performance by Sam Smith and Kim Petras, Madonna appeared to be referring to the criticism she received for appearing “unrecognizable” at the 2023 Grammys.
Prior to her last remark, she addressed the issue on Instagram, accusing her detractors of “ageism and misogyny.”
“Instead of focusing on what I said in my speech—which was about giving thanks for the boldness of artists like Sam and Kim—many people decided to only talk about close-up images of me taken with a long lens camera by a press photographer who would distort anyone’s face!” Madonna stated.
She went on, “I’m once again caught in the light of ageism and misogyny, which pervade our world. A world that refuses to appreciate women over the age of 45 and sees the need to punish them if they remain strong-willed, hardworking, and adventurous.”
The “Like A Prayer” singer ended her post by stating that she has never apologized for any of her artistic decisions and has no plans to start now.
“I have been degraded by the media since the beginning of my career but I understand that this is all a test and I am happy to do the trailblazing so that all the women behind me can have an easier time in the years to come,” she wrote. “You will not break my soul,” Beyoncé says.
Madonna closed her message by saying she looks forward to many more years of subversive behavior, pushing boundaries, opposing patriarchy, and, most importantly, enjoying her life.
