The Lord of the Rings: Gollum

“The Lord of the Rings: Gollum” has been pushed back a month.

It had already been moved from 2021 to 2022.

The Lord of the Rings: Gollum has been pushed back a little more than five weeks. It was supposed to come out on September 1. Monday, the studio used Twitter to say that it would need more time to finish making the game. The Lord of the Rings: Gollum will come out a few months later because we want to give people the best possible experience, Daedalic said. The studio didn’t say when the new date would be, but they said they would “soon.”

The game was first announced in 2019 with a release date of 2021. At the beginning of last year, Daedalic pushed the release date back to 2022. In May, it was also set to come out on September 1. Daedalic is calling Gollum a “cinematic stealth adventure” that takes place in the first chapters of The Fellowship of the Ring. Part of the game is figuring out how to use a story system that reflects Gollum’s two different sides. When the game finally comes out, you’ll be able to play it on PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
