After a late Tuesday night, Selena Gomez and Tyga left celebrity hotspot The Nice Day, with the Disney alum sneaking out the back door at 2:30 a.m.
Tyga, 32, and Selena Gomez, 30, were seen together at the famous hangout The Nice Guy. According to images posted by TMZ, the “Lose You To Love Me” singer and “Rack City” rapper hung out at the laid-back Italian restaurant into the early hours of Wednesday, Aug. 17. At 2:30 a.m., Tyga chose to leave through the front entrance, while Selena left through the rear door.
While it could seem like a romantic relationship, a source tells HollywoodLife that’s not the case. “That isn’t true. Nothing at all is happening between them, the source assures HL. Selena and Tyga, according to TMZ, arrived at The Nice Guy separately but ended up sitting at the same table as the evening progressed. Notably, the bar doesn’t stay open until 2 a.m., but the duo and other members of their different groups stayed.
However, it does seem as though the two have some sort of camaraderie since Tyga attended Selena’s private 30th birthday celebration in Malibu, California, in July. Although the relationship received little attention on social media, many black and white photos by Vancouver-based photographer Dennis Gocer, also known as The Collective You, circulated online. One of these pictures showed Tyga drinking from a cup alongside two other people. Ava Max, Camilla Cabello, and Kim Petras were also present at the celebration of the milestone.
In order to continue celebrating her 30th birthday, Selena and the Italian-Canadian film producer Andrea Iervolino—whom she was also allegedly dating—took a luxurious trip to Italy. The two were spotted having a good time together at a nightclub and sailing about Capri on a boat, but it turns out their connection is only platonic. According to a source who spoke to HL, “Selena and Andrea go way back and have celebrated her birthday together many times before.” “Since collaborating on In Dubious Battle in 2016, they have grown closer over time. Although they enjoy a great time together, there is no romance present.
Selena has had two significant on-again, off-again relationships over the years: a 10-month relationship with The Weeknd in 2017. Tyga’s relationship with Kylie Jenner lasted roughly from 2014 until 2017. Most recently, he was connected to Camaryn Swanson.
